Dead, But Getting Better

Sometimes I feel like the lone person in the world who actually liked Land of the Dead, but a lot of people seem jazzed for George Romero’s newest zombie flick Diary of the Dead, including myself. Heck, I also feel like the only person who absolutely loves Day of the Dead, which seems to be on cable all the time for some reason and I can never not stop and watch it when I’m channel surfing.

So, I just can’t wait for Romero’s latest, which looks like a great new approach to familiar material. I love that this guy is still kicking ass and making gore at this late stage in his career.
